Main Line Health vaccination options

First dose COVID vaccination

For those who have never been vaccinated for COVID-19. If you wish to receive your first dose of the COVID vaccine, Main Line Health is offering first dose Pfizer only at our temporary vaccine clinics. Please consult Pfizer's FDA approval information to determine if you qualify.

You are required to bring the following with you to the clinic:

  • Your photo ID
  • Your health insurance card

By scheduling yourself for an Initial dose, you are self-attesting that you consent to receive this vaccine.

COVID booster vaccination

Booster doses are currently being offered at our temporary vaccine clinics for those who have completed their second dose at least 180 days ago.

Main Line Health is offering Pfizer boosters at our temporary Lankenau Medical Center vaccine clinic and Moderna boosters at our temporary Paoli Hospital vaccine clinic. Please consult the Pfizer EUA document or the Moderna EUA document to determine if you qualify.

You are required to bring the following with you to the clinic:

  • Your vaccine card showing previous doses
  • Your photo ID
  • Your health insurance card

Third dose for immunocompromised

If you received a Pfizer or Moderna second dose 30 days ago or more, and you have been diagnosed by a physician as immunocompromised, we are offering third doses of both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines at our temporary vaccine clinics.

Please consult the CDC guidelines to determine if you qualify.

You are required to bring the following with you to the clinic:

  • Your vaccine card showing previous doses
  • Your photo ID
  • Your insurance card

Important scheduling information

We ask that you please make every effort to keep your vaccine appointment and select a time and date that is convenient for you.

In the event that you need to cancel, you can cancel directly from your MyChart account. If you are not a MyChart user, we recommend you sign up for MyChart today so you can take advantage of having direct access to your medical record including information about your vaccine. Otherwise, please send your cancellation request to [email protected] with your name and date/time of the appointment.

If you receive a vaccine at another location after you have registered online or scheduled an appointment at Main Line Health, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] so that we are not holding your spot and preventing someone else from getting a vaccine appointment.
