How can I get in touch with my loved one?

You can send mail to a current patient. When you send mail and packages, please address them with the patient's first and last name. The mailing address is:

Can I send a care package to my loved one?

While we do allow patients to receive care packages, there are restrictions on what can be included. Care packages cannot include:

  • Anything that that includes alcohol (e.g., mouthwash, some toothpastes, body wash)

Please address mail and packages to patients by first and last name (see address details above). Please note that any packages sent to patients are opened and searched by staff prior to delivery—please no wrapped gifts.

What should I bring for my stay at Mirmont?

We recommend appropriate, loose-fitting clothes and sneakers for yoga and use of fitness center. Five to seven days of clothing is suitable—laundry machines are available on site. You'll also want to bring seasonal outerwear, toiletries (alcohol-free) and reading material.

If you choose to bring your own bedding items, such as pillows or blankets, these items must be brand new and in their original store packaging.

We do not allow patients to use cell phones or other electronic equipment. We ask that you leave these items at home.

I know someone who needs help. How can I admit them?

We are not permitted to reach out to adults who may need care, and we can't accept recommendations about who should receive care. Please let your loved one know that help is just one call away. We do have clinical staff trained to assist in having these discussions with your loved one.

To get help, please call 1.888.CARE.898 (227.3898) or use our secure online form to email us.

What insurance do you accept?

Mirmont is an in-network provider for most commercial insurance plans. We also offer very competitive self-pay rates. You can discuss payment options with our financial counselor.

Please call 1.888.CARE.898 (227.3898) with any questions you may have regarding insurance benefits. Mirmont is an equal-opportunity care provider.

Is the program co-ed?

Our program is not gender specific. Men and women are together in treatment, but rooms are in separate wings of the building. There are gender-specific groups offered throughout the treatment schedule to support specific needs.

The admissions and treatment staff are always available to answer any questions you may have about admissions, treatment and services at Mirmont. We conduct admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our admissions process includes a thorough assessment of the person's treatment options, a review of financial and insurance issues, and a determination of transportation needs.
