With Main Line Health MyChart, we’re working to make it easier to view and manage your Main Line Health account. From detailed statements and outstanding balances to online payments and automatic payment plans, we want to make sure you have everything you need with just a few clicks.

You can access your billing information at any time under Billing and Billing Account Summary in the main navigation. Once there, you can access account details, see your last payment made as well as any amount outstanding.

If you have an outstanding balance, payments can be made online in just a couple clicks. Select the green Pay button, enter the amount you would like to pay, and select or add a payment method.

In addition, you can help the environment and opt-in to paperless billing. You’ll receive an email or text message when your statements are available for viewing online or when you have a payment due.

Looking for more information and additional payment options?

Choose See Account Detail from the Billing Account Summary page and you’ll be shown a breakdown of charges, including payments, adjustments, insurance balances and any amount you are responsible for. This page will also give you easy access to recent statements.

If you have an outstanding balance, you may qualify to set up an interest free payment plan directly through MyChart, depending upon the amount owed. When viewing the Account Detail page, payment plan options will automatically be displayed next to your Balance Summary, if available.

Or, if you’re seeking financial assistance, navigating to the Financial Assistance page under Billing will guide you through the application process. After providing some personal information about your household and income, your request will be submitted to a financial counselor for review.
