Kara Capriotti, MD

Dr. Kara Capriotti is an experienced Dermatologist who specializes in Mohs Surgery at Bryn Mawr Skin Cancer. Dr. Capriotti is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She completed her medical degree at Drexel University and graduated at the top of her class. She then completed a Cutaneous Oncology Fellowship at The University of Pittsburgh which sparked her interest in skin cancer and skin cancer surgery. Dr. Capriotti completed her residency in Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University, where she was chosen as chief resident of the program for her final year and also received the title of Top Resident during her training. Dr. Capriotti is certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Dr. Capriotti is a specialist in skin cancer screenings and surveillance, including Mohs surgery. She also appears as the Dermatologist for Main Line Health's video series for women.
