Annual wellness visit

Your annual wellness visit is an important part of maintaining good health throughout your life. During an annual wellness visit, your provider will review your medical history, perform a comprehensive physical examination, conduct screenings and provide treatment as necessary for your health needs.

This visit is also an opportunity for your physician to check that you are up to date on your vaccinations and provide any that are recommended. We’re dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate environment where you can comfortably discuss health concerns with your doctor and receive a personalized care plan.

By attending an annual wellness appointment, you’re taking charge of your health and wellbeing and have a better chance of catching diseases early and staying healthy year-round.

Preventive

Identifying potential health issues before they become more serious is important for the early treatment of disease and so you can stay as healthy as possible. Preventive exams and screenings can detect early signs of disease, help you manage risk factors and support an overall healthy wellbeing.

While each screening is different, your provider may conduct blood pressure measurements, cholesterol checks and blood tests to determine potential risks and health indicators. Screenings are also used to detect certain cancers, such as breast and colon cancer.

By taking proactive measures to healthcare and making informed decisions with guidance from your doctor, you’re prioritizing your health and improving your chances of staying healthy for a long time. We’ll be here for you each step of the way.
