A Matter of Balance

Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award winning eight-session program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This program will be held at the Community Health and Outreach department, near Bryn Mawr Hospital, in Conference Room B, lower level. The program will be on the following dates: 4/28, 4/30, 5/5, 5/7, 5/12, 5/14, 5/19 and 5/21/25 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
