Julia Lindenberg, MSW, LCSW

Julie Lindenberg LSW, MSW is a licensed social worker and works with clients ages 18 and older, utilizing individual and group modalities. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington in 2018 and has worked with a variety of client populations including first responders. Julie utilizes several modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) as well as body-based interventions. Julie’s areas of specialty include working with adult survivors of childhood abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD and substance use disorders. She uses a trauma-informed approach focused on client safety and empowerment and believes in walking alongside clients as a guide in their healing journey. In her spare time, Julie enjoys hiking, playing sports, dancing and playing the piano. She also enjoys reading and learning new languages and is an avid basketball fan.
