Gastroenterology is the field of medicine which specializes in diseases of the entire gut from the esophagus to the anus and includes the liver, pancreas, bile ducts, intestines, stomach, and esophagus.I strive to help my patients by keeping myself updated with the latest developments.
I specialize in both general gastroenterology and liver disease. I attended New York University School of Medicine and did my internal medicine residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Following this, I did a fellowship in gastroenterology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. I did additional training in advanced liver disease and liver transplantation at Columbia University Medical Center in New York where I was the recipient of the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease's Advanced Hepatology Fellowship Award. I remained on faculty at Columbia for six years prior to coming to Lankenau and Main Line Health. I have been named a Main Line Today Top Doctor for 2012 and 2015.
